Analisis Penyebab Nose Radome Hole Pada Pesawat Boeing 737-800

Abstract


Nose Radome is an aircraft secondary structure, which function as a cover or protector of the components behind it, Radar Antenna. Hole damage in the radome causes problems that can’t be ignored because it will have a fatal impact on the instrument behind it. The use of Fishbone diagram intended to determine the cause of the nose radome hole. Based on data analysis, the occurrence of holes is caused by impact damage and Fatigue of the material used. Damage that occurs will be repaired according to available procedures.
