Pengaruh Persepsi dan Motivasi Berwirausaha terhadap Minat Mahasiswa menjadi Entrepreneur

Abstract


This study aims to determine and obtain a study of the effect of perception and entrepreneurial motivation on student interest in becoming entrepreneurs. The research method used in this study is survey research which is one part of the quantitative research approach. Data collection uses primary and secondary data. Methods of data analysis using multiple regression analysis, the coefficient of determination R2, T test and F test. The population in this study is not known with certainty the number (infinite population) and samples obtained using the Lameshow formula method of 100 respondents. The results of the independent perception of variables (X1) obtained tcount = 3.425 > ttable = 1.660 with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. With a significance value below 0.05, this indicates an influence on student interest in becoming entrepreneurs (Y). For the independent variable entrepreneurship motivation (X2) obtained tcount = 8.528 > t table = 1.660 with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. With a significance value below 0.05, this indicates an influence on student interest in becoming entrepreneurs (Y). F test results show that Fcount = 149.895 > Ftable = 2.36 and a significance value of 0.000 <0.05, which means that the independent variables (perception and motivation of entrepreneurship) simultaneously or simultaneously affect the dependent variable (student interest in becoming entrepreneurs) positively and significant. The coefficient of determination test results (R2) shows R square 0.756 or 75.6% which means that the variable variation in student interest to become an entrepreneur can be explained by the variables of entrepreneurial perception and motivation, the remaining 24.4% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study that is entrepreneurial knowledge and entrepreneur characteristics
